Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Online- All fashion items that are unworn and without damage can be returned to our head office for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase.

In store - Items purchased in store can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase or receive a store credit according to Government regulations. Full refunds will not be provided in store.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
2 weeks from date of items purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items bought online should be sent back to our head office in Ballarat at your own cost - 729 Sturt St Ballarat Vic 3350.

Items bought in store should be returned to the store of purchase.

HOW do customers return items?
Simply return the items to the above address. 

SHIPPING for returns?

If you return or exchange a garment you must post back to us at your own cost. If it is an exchange we will send the correct size back to you free of charge.

CREDIT for returns?
If you wish to receive an online credit instead of a refund we are happy to provide you with account credit to use within a year.

Instore return option?
Online orders can be returned to any Sussanahs store as long as you email rissmar@bigpond.com to lodge the return.

Packing materials?
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn with swing tags in place.
